Men`s health
The science of management of endocrine glands and the genital organs has developed very much. The interest for external appearance has also added to thease sciences so that the subject men`s health has developed and is now being tackled in congresses which has resulted in many publications. The science of men`s health divides into the psychological health, body health and plastic and esthetic shape of the genital organs. The body health means management of the problems resulting from disturbance of hormones and the diseases of the prostate gland, in particular chronic infection, enlargement of the prostate with advance of age and prostate cancer. Men`shealth applies also to the diseases of the penis and its functions and the pathology of the testis.

The distinguished attention of men to their external appearance has been accompanied by a similar development in breast surgery, liposuction and enalrgement of gential organs and even surgery of the face. The psychological health as understood in men´s health ramifies into the ability to accept life and to contact and deaal with the other gender and acceptance of own body and irs external appearance and to react with it and to modulate it to conduct a normal life. The internal health disturbances includes premature ejaculation (rapid ejaculation), and the disturbance of the pituitary gland and the suprarenal glans and both testis as well as the deviation of the chromosoms.

The most important disease of Men`s health which affect the prostate, which is composed of 4 lobes enclosed within a capsule, is enlargement of the prostate which affects men starting from the age of 40. The scientific research has advanced so that the number of operation being done to treate the prostate is much less in comparison to the past. This is because it is being treated by medications which affect the receptors of the gland positively. This has limited surgery inspite of the emerging possibility for treatment using laser. With regard to the health of the penis, occupies the premature ejaculation (rapid ejaculation) a considerable part of the the pathology which can be treated now medicaly.

There are some surgical procedures that treat this disease too aiming at reduction of the sense at the glans penis. Men`s health has given light to weak erection which affects diabetic patients, those who smoke or consume alcohol or are under stress. There are three major drugs for treatment and there are many types of penile prosthesis which vary from a simple one to the more complicated hydraulic prosthesis.
